DZOSHIFT shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful components that may infect your computer equipment, software, data, or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or downloading any materials, text, data, images, video, or audio from the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the republic of Gabon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Libreville.
